Stage Managers:
We are hiring two Stage Managers for the 2010 Season.  Please send resumes to kdb@AtlantisPlaymakers.com.

Studio Coaches:

Summer Studio Manager: Full Time, plus 3 training days in the spring. The Studio Manager oversees the Summer Studio program, including managing studio staff (two studio coaches and two CIT's), handling parent questions and concerns, and producing weekly performances. Curriculum and script are already developed, timely feedback on the program is expected. Degree in Theater and/or Education required, teaching experience required, please send both your theater resume and your teaching resume. Positive attitude and true enjoyment of working with young actors is a must. Summer Studio runs July/August.  Send theater and teaching resume to studio@AtlantisPlaymakers.com.  

Youth Studio Coaches: Part Time, (25 hours per week) plus 2 training days (one in April, one in June). The Youth Studio Coach teaches a variety of workshops to students ages 5-8 and 8-13.  Enrollment in a college theater program (minimum 2 years completed) as well as practical teacher and theater experience required. Positive attitude and true enjoyment of working with young actors is a must. Summer Studio runs July/August.  Send theater and teaching resume to studio@AtlantisPlaymakers.com.  

The following positions are filled regularly, season to season and sometimes show to show. We are always interviewing new people for various positions.

TEACHERS
AP hires 6-12 teachers each year for studio workshops. Students range in age from 6 years old to Adult. Please submit a teaching resume and a theater resume. Teaching resume should include all teaching experience (not just theater) and the ages of the students taught. Please indicate as well if you have any certifications or degrees in education. Theater resume should include classical work (including courses you've taken). If you wish to work with the Teen Troupe Performance Program or the Musicmakers, please include your musical theater experience.  Submit resume.

ACTORS
Send resume and headshot to our Artistic Director, Kimberly Davis Basso. Atlantis Playmakers holds a general audition, typically in early May. AP is committed to casting a diverse group of actors. Company members are not automatically cast in our productions, and the ratio is usually about half and half. Gender bending is a regular occurence on our stage. Submit headshot and resume.  Visit the Audition page for current audition info.

DIRECTORS
AP hires directors for the SAS PlayFEST and on an individual basis for season shows. We do accept show proposals, and with our new theater, we always have pockets of space in the calendar. Please submit your resume and indicate your interest (partiuclar show, new show proposal, etc.)  Submit resume.

TECHNICIANS
AP hires  up to 6 techs each year to run lights and sound. In particular, we always need ops for the New England Fringe Festival, a 2-3 week gig late September to early October. Submit resume.

STAGE MANAGERS
AP hires up to 4 stage managers each year, including site managers for each of the venues of the New England Fringe Festival (late September, early October). Submit resume.
